Rules and Regulations

The trip is for the internal company use of Tiffee Companies employees and cannot be transferred to any other party. The trip will begin and end in markets from which the employee has qualified (Portland, Oregon and San Diego, CA). If participants must leave from another city, Hoopla Travel Partners should be notified immediately. All flight deviations will be planned by Hoopla Travel Partners and surcharges/fare differences will be assessed directly to the participant. Please refer to the Transportation section for more details. All qualifiers may bring one guest. All accommodations are on a double/shared basis. Participants and guests must be 21 years of age or older to take part in this program or travel.

Hawaii observes Hawaii Standard Time. When it is 3:00 pm in San Diego, it is 12:00 pm in Hawaii.

Weather

Daytime temperatures will be in the low 80's

Evening temperatures will be in the high 60’s.

What to Pack

Comfortable attire is recommended for the flight. The weather in Hawaii is warm during the day and will cool down at night. A light jacket, wrap or sweater is recommended for evenings. Please note that some restaurants do not allow flip flops or sneakers at night.
