Transportation

You are responsible for booking your roundtrip air in and out of Nashville (BNA). We kindly ask that you book your flight prior to registering for the meeting so that once your flight is booked, you can include details of your flight on your registration form.

 

In order for us to monitor flights appropriately, please provide your Airline Confirmation Code (the 6 character code you would use to look up your reservation on the airline's site).

You will have transfers from the airport to the hotel coordinated for you based on your flights. Should there be any changes to your flight, please email any updates to Rhonda@hooplatravel.com.
