Trip Itinerary
Day 1, February 21: Travel Day / Evening at Leisure
MORNING:
▶ Depart home cities for Los Cabos, Mexico.
AFTERNOON:
▶ 2:25 pm Arrive at Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). See the travel information page for arrival instructions. Transfer to Le Blanc Spa Resort (30-minutes).
▶ 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm Private group check-in. During check-in, guest’s will have the ability to book spa treatments, additional activities during time at leisure and make dinner reservations.
EVENING:
▶ Enjoy your evening at leisure with dinner on your own. Some restaurants require reservations, however reservations are highly recommended at all restaurants. Please see the dining page for more information about reservations and dress code.
Dress - Day: Comfortable travel attire
Evening: FORMAL: Ladies, REQUIRED dress, skirt or long pants; Gentlemen, slacks, collared shirt or polo shirt. Please avoid wearing shorts, jeans, sleeveless t-shirts, caps, sneakers or flip flops. CLOSED TOED SHOES ARE REQUIRED FOR MEN. SMART CASUAL: Please wear long pants or tailored shorts. Gentlemen must wear shirts with sleeves. We do NOT allow beachwear, Logo T-Shirts, any sportswear, lounge wear, track suits, or caps. No flip flops, water shoes, sports trainers or bare feet are allowed.
Day 2, February 22: Day at Leisure / Welcome Night Dinner
MORNING / AFTERNOON:
▶ 7:00 am – 11:00 am Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
▶ Enjoy the rest of your morning and afternoon at leisure with lunch on your own. Check out additional activities you can book offered through the resort in this packet.
EVENING:
▶ 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm Enjoy a private group Welcome Reception and Dinner on Blanc Beach. Warmer clothing is suggested as the beach can get windy at night. Please avoid wearing heels (flip flops and sandals encouraged).
Dress - Day: Casual / active wear / swimsuit & coverup Evening: “CASUAL:” Collared Shirt, Khakis, Slacks, Blouse, Skirt, Dresses (please note it may be windy, be mindful of the length of your dress), sandals are encouraged as it will be "toes in the sand."
Day 3, February 23: Group Activity / Evening at Leisure
MORNING / AFTERNOON:
▶ 7:00 am – 11:00 am Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
▶ 10:30 am – 2:30 pm Pelican Cruise Please meet in the hotel lobby for an on-time departure.
▶ If you opted out of the group activity, enjoy your morning / afternoon at leisure.

▶ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Mandatory Sales Meeting - All company employees must attend this meeting in Blanc Breeze Ballroom. Guests may forego this meeting.

▶ 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm Join your RBA Hosts for a Final Night Reception and Dinner on the Blanc Wind Terrace to celebrate your success in 2024 and your time here in Mexico. Warmer clothing is suggested as the terrace can get windy at night.

Day 7, February 27: Full day at Leisure / Final Night Dinner
MORNING / AFTERNOON:
▶ 7:00 am – 11:00 am Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
▶ 10:15 am Bag Pull Have your bags packed for departure and leave inside your room for the bellmen to pick up. You will be able to access your bags should you need them. As a rule of thumb, departures to the airport are approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes prior to your flight. The front desk will provide a “check out” card at this time that you will need to present in order to board your transportation and leave the property.
▶ 11:15 am Depart Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos for Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) (30-minutes).
